June, the middle month. Hot, cool, and sometimes mid-range weather wise. I’m reminded of the message that Jesus gave to the church at Laodicea. Revelation 3:15-16; “I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot; I would that you were cold or hot. So, because you are lukewarm and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of My mouth.”
Personally, weather wise I am a middle range kind of guy, but when it comes to the Word of God and my love for Him, I cannot fathom the idea of being spit out. I want to burn.
Summer fun is about to begin, but let’s dig into reaching out to those who cannot decide what side they come down on spiritually and light a fire. It is time to burn, not sunburn, but fire for the lost. Enjoy summer, but burn for Jesus!
