October, the month of surprise. Where green goes to red, yellow and brown. Yes, the season is changing but our God set that change into operation because nothing surprises Him. We still enjoy the change in season, and the cooler weather, but as the sap starts its slowing in the trees, the Holy Spirit is heating up in us and we are running hot after Him.
If nothing catches God by surprise and everything in our lives is seen and known beforehand, He knows who will follow hot and who will let the fire die down. Come on saints of God!
Fire up, get hot after the things of God, and this season will be a spiritual surprise to us all.
